Mah-jong is an interesting, tile-based game that was developed in the 19th century in China and has spread throughout the world since then. It is played by three or four players with a set of 144 tiles based on Chinese characters. Similar to the Western card game of rummy, Mah-jong is a game of skill, strategy and luck.
New members are very welcome and existing members will help any newcomers wishing to learn the game. The cost per person per meeting is £1.00 which includes refreshments.
