1pm Denise Ellis from Your CVS Notts joins us to show how we can best use the NHS App on our phones.

There will be an opportunity to get personalised advice from Denise during our refreshment break at 1.30pm.

2pm Andy Coward, volunteer at our members' designated charity, the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance will be giving us an update on the operations of this vital service.
