  • New Overlocker

Christine Yates and I are pleased to announce the donation of a brand new Necchi overlocker with two sets of cottons, two instruction books, along with another Janome sewing machine.  These were kindly donated by Sammy and Jacquie who are members of the Jubilee Ukulele Group and who will be joining the Sewing Bee in the New Year. For anyone interested and doesn’t know an overlocker is mostly used to neaten the seams of garments but it has many other uses also.  Any member who does any kind of needlecraft are always welcome to join us on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month 10 till 12 noon, at Ambleside Community centre, Yew Tree Road, New Ollerton.
