A group for members to enjoy short walks of approximately 3 to 4 miles in the local area every other Thursday.
Walkers will decide which walk to select next as there is no specified group leader. Anyone on the WhatsApp Walkers app can initiate a walk by text and ask others to join them. The way to join is to text Hazel on 07484 728027 with your smartphone number and then all texted messages will be seen by everyone in the group.

Edwinstowe and Sherwood May 2026
A cracking walk starting and finishing at the superb hidden gem cafe in Edwinstowe house. Setting off along mill Lane and into the fields behind the cafe, crossing the main road to Woodhouse and into Sherwood forest, past the visitor centre and back to the cafe. Gorgeous weather, lovely food and great company. Our thoughts are with Hazel and her sad loss 🙏
