A group for members to enjoy short walks of approximately 3 to 4 miles in the local area every other Thursday.
Walkers will decide which walk to select next as there is no specified group leader. Anyone on the WhatsApp Walkers app can initiate a walk by text and ask others to join them. The way to join is to text Hazel on 07484 728027 with your smartphone number and then all texted messages will be seen by everyone in the group.

Christmas Lunch at Rumbles
What a fantastic time the Whatsapp Walkers had at Rumbles @ Vicar Water, it was a very relaxed affair with delicious food created by Big Al , served by the lovely ladies and helpers and the best company you could wish for.
A 3 course lunch (and mince pies to take home) all organised by Hazel and John, someone even asked about booking for next year there and then !
Thank you John and Hazel for a year full of fantastic walks with great weather finished off with a delightful party.

Budby Forest walk
We all had a beautiful winter walk through Budby Forest which was quite magical with the icy floor and sunny skies.
Some of us retired to Budby Antiques cafe for a tasty lunch and drink afterwards, it looks like a real Aladdin's cave and worth exploring in future.

WhatsApp Walkers at Creswell Craigs
The group enjoyed a lovely walk around Creswell Crags and Welbeck, on a fine Autumn day with carpets of leaves to wade through and finishing with refreshments at the Dukeries garden centre.
